N703RV Pictures and Movies - February 2005

Spokane, Washington (KSFF) - The Hanger

Here is a shot of N703RV from behind. This is the side of her that most other pilots see the most.

Here is a picture of the interior as she flies. The seats are from Classic Aero Designs. They were custom made extra thin to accomodate my height (6'4"). Luke runs a good business and is very customer service oriented. Buy seats from him!

Here you can see the seat backs.

Here she is in the buff. Gear leg fairings, but no pants on.

McCall, Idaho

Here my brother Brent and I had flown down to McCall for Lunch. Lots of snow on the ground, but a CAVU day. There was a little fox laying in the sun on top of a snow mound watching planes take-off and land. Sorry girls, we didn't get a picture.

Here is a picture of Brent. Did I mention he is my big brother? Yes that actually is an RV-7 and not a toy next to him.

That's Me...

...and here we both are. Mom wasn't there to make us smile so this is what you get.

Jackpot, Nevada

My next little adventure was an overnighter to Jackpot Nevada to pay my homage to the casino gods. The lights should stay on for a while longer.

We stayed at Cactus Pete's.

VFR on top most of the way home.

Enterprise, Oregon

We stopped here on the way home from Jackpot for lunch. What a beautiful area. We took this courtesy car into town. Folks were pretty laid back. We accidentally ran over a donut stand and two campaining politicians and it didn't even put a scratch on the bumper.

Best hamburger and fries I can remember eating came out of this little joint recommended to us by a local.

Here is some video taken at a grass strip (Sky Meadows) in Spokane, WA in February of 2005.
